Apple Festival


The Apple Festival is an annual fundraiser for our 100% volunteer fire department and 100% of the profits go to purchase life saving equipment and supplies. The Apple Festival will be held on October 13th from 10:00am until 3:00pm. This will be our 20th year and over the past 5 years the Apple Festival has been able to raise over $15,000 for the New Harmony Fire Department. There will be live music all day, bounce houses, mechanical bull riding, fire safety demonstrations, local vendors, food trucks, and of course the famous New Harmony Apples!!!!

The Harmony Valley Fire District provides fire protection and emergency first responders to the greater New Harmony Valley of southern Utah. The area covered is approximately 51 square miles and includes the town of New Harmony itself, along with a 8 mile stretch of Interstate 15. The fire department provides both structural fire protection and wild land fire suppression capabilities to the 1700 residents in the valley. With numerous vehicle accidents occurring each year on I-15 and valley surface streets, the department’s capability of responding to motor vehicle accidents and providing life saving extrication fills a vital role. The training and equipment to carry out these operations is vital to the safety of both the residents and those transiting through our beautiful valley.

Apple Festival Vendor Application:

All proceeds to benefit the Harmony Valley Volunteer Fire Department All applications must be submitted to the HVVFA by midnight (date not set this year yet) Please fill out the following form if you are interested in becoming a vendor at this year’s Apple Festival.
