The Apple Festival for 2026 is on, rain or shine! See below for vendor and attendee information.
Apple Festival is 10am to 3pm on the second Saturday in October every year. For 2026 that falls on October 10th.
ATTENDEES
The Apple Festival and Fall Harvest is an annual fundraiser for our 100% volunteer fire department and 100% of the profits go to purchase life saving equipment and supplies. This will be our 28th year and over the past years the Apple Festival has been able to raise over $60,000 for the New Harmony Fire Department. There will be music all day, kid's games, bounce houses, mechanical bull riding, fire safety demonstrations, vendors, locally grown produce and of course the famous New Harmony Apples!!!!
OVER 80 VENDORS! This event is FREE to attend!!!!
Take I15 to exit 42. Head west on route 144 into New Harmony. At the town park. Can't miss it!
PARKING
Follow the signs when you reach town. Parking will be beyond the event at the Church on Center and Main, with overflow available in the field, depending on weather. We have moved primary parking to allow for more visitors. There will be plenty of parking this year!
FOOD
Something different! Food trucks will be providing food this year. Check back for details.
PETS
Unfortunately, due to park rules, no pets are allowed inside the park other than ADA Registered Service Animals. Well behaved pets are welcome on the street, and will be welcome in the future as long as well behaved owners pick up after them.
VENDORS
All proceeds to benefit the Harmony Valley Volunteer Fire Department. See the Registration Tab for online applications. All applications must be submitted to the HVVFA by midnight September 1st. Your spot is not confirmed until it is paid. Refunds are available until September 10th, after that there can be NO REFUNDS for ANY reason. Vendors who have something related to apples or the fall harvest will be given priority for registration. Infowest will be providing internet service to vendors at no cost.
We will be accepting food truck vendors this year Pricing for spaces to be determined.
Spaces are a 12’x12'. We will be using the street for vendors this year. ALL vendor canopies must be weighted down in case of wind. If you do not have weights you will not be allowed to use your canopy.
Prices are as follows:
Before September 1st..........$90
After September 1st..........$95
After October 1st.........$105
If space is available on the day of the event vendors will be able to sign up for a space for a $125 cash on site vendor space fee.
