Apple Festival Vendor Registration

Any social media links we can use to promote your business. (Website, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
BY CHECKING THIS BOX YOU UNDERSTAND: Spaces are Before September 1st - $85, After September 1st - $95, After October 1st - $105, The day of the event spots are $125 if available. Fees are payable by check or Paypal. You will be contacted for payment. Your spot is not reserved until payment has been made. There are NO refunds for ANY reason after September 10th. You may transfer your booth space to someone else if you cannot attend. You are welcome to setup your booth Friday night after 6pm (at your own risk). Saturday morning set-up times will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Please arrive with anyone you wish to be next to. This event is rain or shine. If the grass is deemed too soft (due to rain, etc.) you may have to hand carry your items to your spot. It is your responsibility to pay any state sales taxes due. It is your responsibility to have whatever permits or licensing you need to vend at our event.
